Repair of traction batteries consists of several stages. First, the general condition of the traction battery is diagnosed during which the voltage is measured and the electrolyte density of each battery cell is measured. The regeneration process restores the battery's capacity, allowing the sulphated batteries to last longer. Also, the use of the regenerator during maintenance can significantly increase the operating cycle due to the prevention of sulfation. The battery regenerator can be used with any lead-acid type batteries: traction and semi-traction batteries, stationary batteries, starter batteries and nickel-cadmium batteries. The cost of this service depends on the condition of the battery.
Repair (regeneration) of a traction battery allows, for relatively little money, to significantly increase the life of your battery and postpone the purchase of a new battery.
